Requests will be processed as quickly as possible.  In some cases it may take ten business days or longer to receive a copy of the report depending upon the circumstances of the investigation. A records personnel will keep you updated of the status of your request.

**Please note: Our office is currently processing a large number of records requests and due to this extraordinary circumstance, we estimate the response time for your GRAMA Records Request to be four weeks from the date your GRAMA Records Request is submitted.  GRAMA 63G-2-204(d).

Once your GRAMA Records Request is prepared, our office will contact you via email to inform you of any applicable fees and how payment can be made for your GRAMA Records Request.**
